Phase one of the retail component of Middleton Hills, called "Middleton Hills Center," encompasses 5.5 acres bounded by Century Avenue and Frank Lloyd Wright Avenue, west of the Prairie Café building, and east of the new Gard Parc condominium development. Construction on the 44,000 square foot Copps grocery store is complete, and the store is open for business. The additional 11 apartments, 7 condominiums (the "West Gateway Condominiums") and approximately 13,500 square feet of retail / office space will be completed soon. The land east of Frank Lloyd Wright Ave. (adjacent to Middleton Glen) is not part of the development at this time.
