Community Education The City of Middleton EMS provides many community education presentations, demonstrations and professional medical training courses for the home and business. Ranging from pre-school to the adult who is young-at-heart, our presentations and courses are geared towards the age of our audience.

     Many members of our highly experienced staff are also American Heart Association instructors. The American Heart Association (AHA) is the recognized authority in resuscitation science and training. AHA develop, publish, and disseminate the science of CPR and emergency cardiovascular care (ECC) including first aid. In addition, the AHA
publish guidelines and scientific statements that are recognized as the international standard. Other agencies, such as the American Red Cross and the National Safety Council, follow these AHA standards.
