MIDDLETON AD HOC SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE

MEMBERS PRESENT: Brar, Carey, Koenig, Olson, Saeger, West

MEMBERS ABSENT: Caron, Lorman, Share

1. Call Meeting to Order

Saeger called the meeting to order at 5:07.

2. Operating Budget Request

Committee members suggested that a rank order be added to the operating budget request.

Moved by Brar, seconded by West, to approve the operating budget request of $3000 and recommend that the Finance Committee and Council approve the request. Motion carried. (6- 0).

3. Adjourn – next meeting scheduled for Monday, September 21 at 6:30
