1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Barmore.
2. Opportunity for Public Comment (for items not on the agenda)
There was no public comment.
3. Minutes of 11-19-08
Moved by Hungness, seconded by Robinson, to approve the minutes of 11-19-08. Motion carried 6-0.
4. Discussion on Concept Plan for the Bishops Bay Addition
Wilson noted that this item is on the agenda for concept approval, but there will be many opportunities for public input, due to the numerous public hearings that are a part of the process.
The Committee members discussed the proposed plan and revisions since the last meeting. Staff distributed a list of potential conditions of approval for the concept approval.
5. Potential Action on Concept Plan for the Bishops Bay Addition
Following additional discussion, moved by Bowen, seconded by Robinson, to recommend concept approval for the conceptual plan dated February 25, 2009, contingent on the thirty-five (35) items as outlined by staff and with the changes as discussed. The recommendation will be signed by the Committee chair to ensure that all conditions of approval and the recommended revisions have been incorporated, and the purpose of the concept approval is to allow the plan to move forward with necessary studies and public hearings. Motion carried 6-0.
