• Motion to Convene into Closed Session pursuant to Sections 19.85(1)(e), Wisconsin Statutes: (e) for the Deliberation of or Negotiation for the Purchase of Public Properties, the Investing of Public Funds or Conducting Other Specific Business, whenever Competitive or Bargaining Reasons Require a Closed Session. The Plan Commission and Community Development Authority will discuss negotiation of a development prospect for Downtown Middleton at the former Middleton Antiques Mall building, corner of Parmenter St. and Hubbard Ave.
• Motion to reconvene into Open Session
• Presentation by Architect of Design for Development Prospect in Downtown Middleton at the former Middleton Antiques Mall building, corner of Parmenter St. and Hubbard Ave.
• Concept Approval of Design for Development Prospect in Downtown Middleton at the former Middleton Antiques Mall building, corner of Parmenter St. and Hubbard Ave.
• Resolution to Determine Boundaries and to Approve Project Plan for Redevelopment District No. 3 (CDA only)
• Adjourn

Notice is hereby given that a majority of the members of the Common Council may attend this meeting to gather information about a subject over which the Common Council has a decision-making responsibility. If a quorum of the Common Council attends this meeting, no action will be taken by the Common Council at this meeting.
