Following discussion, moved by DiPiazza, seconded by Barmore, to designate the boundary of the proposed Redevelopment District #3 as shown on map #1 of the August 18, 2008 public hearing draft of the Redevelopment District #3 plan. Motion carried 5-0.
3. Authorize Submission of Designated Boundary of Proposed Project Area to Common Council
Moved by Zellers, seconded by DiPiazza, to authorize submission of the designated boundary of the proposed project area to the Common Council. Motion carried 5-0.
4. Conceptually Approve Draft Redevelopment District #3 Project Plan
Moved by Barmore, seconded by Zellers, to conceptually approve the draft Redevelopment District #3 Project Plan, dated August 18, 2008. Motion carried 5-0.
5. Set a Public Hearing on Redevelopment District #3 Project Plan
Moved by Zellers, seconded by DiPiazza, to set Monday, August 18, 2008, at 8 p.m. as a public hearing on the draft Redevelopment District #3 Project Plan. Motion carried 5-0.
