Property Tax Payment Information

Property tax bills are sent out in December for the current year.


The first installment (payment in full is optional) is due to the City on or before January 31, 2010. This payment is due to the City Treasurer’s Office at City Hall.


Payments can be made in person at City Hall or mailed to the following address:

FOR A RECEIPT: Please return both portions of your bill with your payment and a self-adressed, stamped envelope and a receipt will be returned to you.

TREASURER'S OFFICE HOLIDAY HOURS:

December 24, 2009– our office is CLOSED
December 25, 2009– our office is CLOSED
December 31, 2010– 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
January 1, 2010 - our office is CLOSED

AFTER HOUR PAYMENTS: Please use the drop box located on the wall next to the elevator adjacent to the Clerk’s Office for any payments when our office is closed.

NOTE: The City of Middleton can only accept payments at our office until
JANUARY 31, 2010. All payments made after this date MUST be made to the Dane County Treasurer.


The second installment is due to the Dane County Treasurer on or before
July 31, 2010. If you have a balance due, Dane County will mail you a bill and return envelope to send your payment. You can also mail your payment directly to the following address:
