Please allow at least one week for processing an application. If you are renewing your license, you must have your application in the City Clerk's office at least thirty days before your current license expires (June 30th). Provisional Licenses expire approximately two weeks after the date of your scheduled class.
Operator's Licenses
You may apply for an Operator's License in the Clerk's Department at City Hall. The cost is $50.00. Applicants must bring ONE of two things:

Certificate showing completion of the beverage server training course within the last two years.

Copy of a retail license, manager's license, or operator's license that the applicant has held anywhere in the state within the last two years.

Manager's Licenses
You may apply for a Manager’s License in the Clerk's Department at City Hall. The cost is $35.00. Applicants must bring ONE of two things:

Certificate showing completion of the beverage server training course within the last two years.

Copy of a retail license, manager's license, or operator's license that the applicant has held anywhere in the state within the last two years.

Provisional Licenses
You may apply for a Provisional License in the Clerk's Department at City Hall. The cost is $40.00. Applicants must bring in the following:

Proof showing applicant has enrolled in the beverage server training course.

Upon completion of the class, applicant must bring the certificate of completion to the Clerk’s Department at City Hall to obtain your Operator’s License.
