Absentee VotingIf you are not already registered, you will also need to register to vote before an absentee ballot can be sent to you. Request by MailComplete the Absentee Ballot Application and mail it to: Clerk’s Office, 7426 Hubbard Avenue, Middleton, WI 53562. The application must be received by the clerk no later than 5:00 PM on the Thursday before the election for regular absentee applications and 5:00 PM on the Friday before the election for indefinitely confined and military applications in order for an absentee ballot to be mailed to you. Vote in Person at the Clerk's OfficeThis can be done up until 5:00 PM on the Thursday, Friday, and Monday before the election. Absentee voting is not available the day of the election. Apply at the Clerk’s OfficeStop in at Clerk’s Office at City Hall and fill out a form to request an absentee ballot be mailed to you. Deadline for Returning BallotThe completed ballot must be delivered to the Clerk’s office by 4:30 PM the day of the election or dropped off at the polling location by 8:00 PM the day of the election. |
